My name is Jerome Wauthoz and I am a street and architectural photographer based in Minneapolis.
Welcome to my corner of the web! I believe photography is at its absolute best when it's fun, spontaneous, and practiced anywhere, anytime. In a world increasingly driven by AI and automated images, my mission is to put human creativity back at the forefront and reconnect with pure photography. Whether you're picking up a camera for the first time or looking to sharpen your eye, my goal is to teach you how to strip away the noise, embrace your creativity, see what most people miss, and capture authentic moments with confidence.
My world is driven by geometry, light and human stories. My visual language thrives on clean lines, high contrast, bold symmetry, and the expressive curves of modern architecture. Yet structural beauty is only part of the story. For me, architecture comes alive when human presence enters the scene. People ground the environment, bridging the gap between static design and active life.
I always have a camera with me, chasing the light first, framing with intention and most importantly being patient to make the moment unforgettable.
I believe in minimal post-processing. Authenticity comes first. If a photograph requires heavy digital manipulation to look compelling, something wasn't there. What you see in my work is what the light or people truly gave in that exact second.
